okay, i just started watching that tonight, what the hell? lol, somebody please give me slight explanation or back story, i can gather most of the gist.

a cop from now gets into an accident and wakes up in the 70s and is trying to find out wtf is going on whilst solving crime

i guessed that far, its jsut there seems to be some "higher power" that keeps communicating i wondered if i missed something...

nobody knows who/what that is yet. he could be in a coma, he could be mental, we just have to wait and see

Sam is cute as all hell, it took me a while to realise he was Jip in Human Nature. I did cringe at scenes with his parenjts.....shut up sam...they are going to think you're a loony, stop it!

i'm 4 eps into Ashes to Ashes, i'm glad they have progression whereby Drake's character knows all about Sam so she makes jokes about how to her its all her imagination and a construct whilst her "real life in 2008 hangs in the balance...but like Sam, she is making me cringe with scenes with her mum.

I miss Sam and i wish they at least told us what happened to Cartwright.

Gene genie fucking rules though. The actor is really good.

i love life on mars. i have both series on dvd. my tutor recommended i watch it as inspiration for something i was doing at uni, and i fell in love with it. not seen ashes to ashes yet, it's on my to do list...
