Yeah season 6 was, in my opinion, really well done. I think (especially if you followed from the start) you really see how they have progressed and grown, but kept that important kernal of friendship so integral in their lives. As much as the show gets a lot of shit (and my lecturer was quite critical of my essay about SATC for this reason, though I still got a first ) for being overly glamorous, unrealistic, anti (and yet also) feminist, etc I think the depictions of female relationships and the complexities of (specifically working) womanhood were addressed in a positive way. We can criticise that there weren't enough black/lesbian/working class characters, or if there were these were fetishized, but at the end of the day the show provided four 3 dimmensional and unapologetic women who care very deeply for each other. I'm not a woman, but I have female friends, and I think that this was an important step. Sorry for getting a bit sentimental there.

Do we all agree that Big was a hottie then? He isn't my type at all, nor my best friends, but me and her always swoon over him when we put on an episode. Especially when he raises his eyebrows

I think it's Big's attitude and charm and charisma that make him so attractive. Plus, he was a bit of a bastard at times. Us girls just can't help ourselves when it comes to bastards - we're cliches like that sometimes.

I just watched them all again and I have a new favourite. The one in season 4 when miranda gets addicted to chocolate cake and charlotte goes nuts at treys penis. "And the penis wants to be measured!"

I've realized my LEAST favorite episodes...the "Aidan" episodes. Carrie is so mean to him, I can't stand to watch her be such a cunt to the guy! (except when she's cheating with Big...that's a good storyline) her general obsessive-cuntiness to Aidan is gross though. (i.e., the computer crashing one, the apartment-buying/remodeling ones, the shitty way she treats Pete the Dog; the way she obsesses about Aidan to her friends all the time, it just sucks in general).

carrie is a shit to be fair, especially to adien.

my favourite episode might be the one where charlotte and harry get back together, or the one where miranda gets braces with the tennage whores

I'm really not into fashion/shoes/Vogue or anything like that, but I do like sex so I watch it anyway.

For characters, I like Miranda the best. She's straightforward and I identify with her cake addiction.

My favourite episode has got to be the one where Charlotte and Trey go to the therapist to deal with his sex aversion... in bed that night "You could put your canoe inside my Rebecca"...oh I laughed.

I really liked "A Woman's Right To Shoes" where Carrie has to take off her Manolo's and someone steals them.
And the one in the Hamptons where Samantha ends up throwing a mellon through Richards window because of the twenty something plastic tit girls.
And I loved how Charlotte glued her head on the big tittied girls in Trey's magazine.
And there's 3 dresses of Carries I'm in love with.

I can't wait for the movie. I don't know which episode was my favorite though. There are just soo many good ones to choose from. I never got bored of any of them! I did like the later seasons much better then the earlier ones. Maybe because they had developed their characters more...

I love those dresses! I'm still trying to track down a skirt i fell in love with that Charlotte wore in season 3 when she met Trey. It was white and flowy and had lipstick prints on it.

I like the last dress alot. I think it looks fun
