1. Wet Hot American Summer-it's a classic, i've watched it well over 40 times, and i still laugh as hard as i did the first time watching it...The State Rocks
2. Ichi the Killer-i've seen it before, but watching while not intoxicated is better...very disturbing, but so very good
3. Sin City-*orgasms*
4. Cannibal the Musical-Trey Parker's first film, completely worth picking up, it's fracking hilarious
5. Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders (MST3K)-not quite sure why you would tell these stories to a little kid, but MST3K made it great

Wings of Desire - one of the most gorgeous films ever created that I watch often.
Everything is Illuminated - began watching it last night but was too tired to stay awake.
Crash - I loved it ( not the cronenberg one which I hated.)
The saddest music in the world - an art film that makes fun of art films and has dry humor and is visually stunning.
Doll Squad - a boobtastic bunch of babes save the world ( Charlie's Angels stole their shtick.)

V for Vendetta - I really liked it. The film actually moved me.
Basic Instinct 2 - ok, the come/cum inferenceS were not amusing in the least; didn't chuckle even once. Other than that it's still complete poop. Oh, except Mr. Morrissey's backend.
Dave Chappelle's Block Party - totally enjoyable; funny of coarse it's Dave. I especially loved the performance by The Dead Presidents & Jill Scott.
School of the Holy Beast - Asian sexploitation is FUN! sorry, but it kind of is.

that's all I can think of......

Requiem For A Dream One of my favorite films of all time.
Hedwig And The Angry Inch Heartbreaking.
The Blue Lagoon Cutesie, but also more perverse than it should be.
Rent I have no words.
Slut Thought-provoking, emotional; clips of Ron Jeremy.

Hostel - It was okay. It had the potential to be a brilliant film as the concept was so shocking, but it fell short. Very gory though.

The Hills Have Eyes (remake) - Not great. Ridiculously patriotic, particularly towards the end.

Fight Club - for the millionth time. Loved it, as ever.

Walk the Line - beautifully written and very engaging. Joaquin Phoenix in particular was brilliant.

......can't remember a fifth one right now.

I think you might have missed the point some what on the patriotic point, but it's probably because the movie fails to sell its own message!

Hi, Tangerine!

Girl With A Pearl Earring: I love Scarlett. And I liked the dirty old painter going for the young thing. And period pieces in general. And she really looked like the painting.

Confessions of a Dangerous Mind: Loved it. George Clooney's direction was so imaginative. I was impressed.

Inside Man: Fun movie. Probably the strongest Spike Lee film I've seen. Denzel did his thing but there wasn't enough of Clive Owen's face. One big sucky part--all the women's parts were fucking lame. Jodie Foster's character--what exactly made her so damn powerful and connected? And why was it ok for the mayor to call her a cunt for asking for not so much and the other 2 main women being nothing but cleavage? I have no problem with the word cunt (I use it constantly) and I like tits too but it came off as lazy Hollywood misogyny masquerading as cleverness. LAME Spikeness.

The Libertine: Eh. I liked Quills better and this reminded me of Quills. But I was really exhausted when I saw it so I fell asleep through a good 10 minutes of it so maybe I just wasn't going to be into any movie that day.

The Constant Gardner: So fucking sad. I am now crushing on Rachel Weisz.

I haven't really had the time to sit down and watch anything lately. The last five, if I remember correctly, were:

Man Bites Dog
Andy Warhol: The Complete Picture (Documentary)
The Machinist
Badlands
The Devil's Rejects

ive been in a 'light' mood lately..

elizabethtown- typical cameron crowe which i like, but some of it was unnecessary. best thing i think was the chemistry of the actors

just like heaven- typical cute romantic comedy

derailed- best thing about it was jennifer aniston, it went really wrong somewhere in there. didnt give a shit about the characters whatsoever.

domino- totally over the top and flashy, but way better than i was expecting, very very fun and i totally recommend

munich- good, atypical, doesnt take sides, really good acting

im too lazy to type out anything else about those..lol
