| | Oh I absolutely loved it!! I fell in love with Will Ferrel in this. It was nice to see him play a different kind of role. And I was really impressed with Maggie Gyllenhaal. I'm not a big fan of hers but I loved her in this movie. So yeah it was a great movie-I almost cried at the end I give it 2 thumbs up haha |

| | | I can't bear to watch Will Ferrel shout at the camera anymore. That bit got old back on SNL. At least he keeps his shirt on in this one...I hope. |

| | | He actually shouted at the narrator, not the camera.
But seriously, I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I also thought Maggie Gyllenhaal was perfect for the part. It totally appealed to my inner nerd. The part where he told her how to deduct her charitable donations from her tax return while they were in bed was perfect. Giving tax advice in bed is my go-to move. |

| | | It was totally awesome and made me happy. I saw it last Tuesday and there was only six people in the theater which was kind of weird. |

| | | i really want to see this after i read a review which described it as the best film charlie kaufman never made! haha
i think will ferrell can be funny but sometimes he's just annoying, but the fact that dustin hoffman is in it might balance it out abit! |

| | | it was very sweet, very earnest. i liked it. i find people who know # stuff very alluring. but only if theyre wearing an unfashionable suit from the 80s and not in an ironic way. they should be old too.
i resisted the urge to hate the girl because she was so lovable whilst maintaining her political integrity. because i hate it when they do that. its all so sexy. fuck off w/that shit tbh.
i rly got annoyed with queen latifah's role tho. that could have been so much better and she looked awkward in a real movie. like she didnt belong and she didnt rly at all.
it was so sexual when he smashed up the lamp. |

| | | I liked it a lot.
I think one of my favorite lines ever in a movie was "I don't want to eat pancakes, I want to live!"

| | | It didn't suck. Wish it would've ended with him dead, though. Dustin Hoffman was right. It would have made for a better book. And movie. |
