I LOVED Silent Hill. It's still on at the movies here, i've seen it twice and i'm tempted to get another fix before it ends its run.

the silent hill movie is so different to the games, but they used enough elements of the games to make me happy.
but really, i can't believe roger avary wrote that script. the script is ****, and the acting is pretty bad too. the only avary-esque moment in the entire thing is when rose wakes up after being attacked by the uh... fire children (?lolz) and the jukebox is playing that johnny cash song. hilarious.

buttt, it was gross. it was really, really gruesome and freaky. the effects when the darkness hit in that bathroom scene, and the "janitor" came out of the bathroom stall. god, that's the most awesome thing i've ever seen.
god i lovvvee silent hill.

the japanese one. i have seen both, didnt like the hollywood one that much, jennifer connelly is cool but the little girl was much less creepy.

silent hill totally had its moments. but as a movie and a story it wasnt that special.

But there sure was some creepy characters...

my favorite scary movie is The Changeling. But this is like, if you actually want a scary movie. i don't know if you are looking for something more camp.
