i watched about 30 minutes of the first episode and i kind of lost interest. the concept was good, but something about the actor just didn't draw me in.

i love seeing the ads for the show in the subway. hilarious.

I actually hated the first episode. My friend like forced me to watch the first 3 on demand and the first and even second weren't the best and they kinda confused me so I didn't wanna watch anymore. The 3rd and 4th were alotttttt better so I'm glad I ended up following it cause its awesome.

I really agree.
When I saw the first episode, I was really bored and I thought it was kinda lame. But I watched the second, and then the third, and now I'm completely hooked. It's a really great show. I want to buy the book it's based on.

I've seen one episode of this show. I don't know how to put it, but despite the fact that he's a serial killer and all, he seems to be the most well-adjusted person among everyone in his world. I like that. I even like that he has a girlfriend who also has issues, so she can accept him the way that he is.

I think it has the makings of a very good, intelligent show.

I just need more time to "bond" with it, for lack of a better word. I just have to be able to watch it more, is what I'm trying to say. I'm happy for Michael though.

I've seen the first 4 episodes and I like it quite a bit...I want to know who the other participant in the cat-and-mouse-game is. The show's already been renewed for a second season, so it'll be interesting to see where Dexter's story goes after this one is wrapped up.
