the alternative on VH1 classic:
why: because of all the different videos that dont suck like they do now. heavy on nostalgia + its great if you have tivo because some of the shows last from 1-4 hours long so you can keep it on in the background while doing anything.

flavor of love:
why: because if ghetto girls fighting over a dark as night ex crack head isnt enough to make you want to scream HALLEHLOJA, its on on sundays which, yeah if you think about it, sundays usually suck.
