I really hope he isn't guilty, but fear he may be. Now (as of yesterday) the indecent assault charges have been added to the child porn ones it's all looking even nastier.

I know. When it was just the porn charges, it looked dodgy but you know - could have all been a horrible misunderstanding. But the indecent assault, too? And isn't he up on this charge about 10 times, too?

I absolutely worship the man, he's a comedy genius. People Like Us is one of the funniest programmes ever. I am still really, really hoping there's been some terrible mix-up...

BAFTA was very brave to honour him while this was hanging over him.

Famous people sometimes attract false allegations, i only hope while the police where trawling for victims after the child porn was alleged (a practice they've sometimes been criticised for), that they found people like this, rather than genuine ones.

But who knows? Maybe he's an evil nonce.

It's all very unfortunate.

Irrespective of what he's done, he's still made some outstanding programmes and it's a great loss to British TV that his career's over.

Last i read he was on suicide watch? I really liked what he did with paul whitehouse in Help though.
