it's such a rad movie.

| | they were going to use m&m's, but m&m wouldn't let them, they thought that aliens would down their market. so they used reese's pieces instead... it was not too much later that they came out with the peanut butter m&m.
anyway, did they show the original version or the version spielberg re-released where he'd cleared out all the guns? because you know, government people would NEVER carry guns around small children and cuddly aliens.  |

The bit at the end really freaked me out, confused me and made me upset when I was a kid. It was still one of my favourite movies, though. |
