Relax, everyone. It was a name for a day (when Nick played at a club). Neither I nor anyone I know of is interested in actually trademarking Electric Chairs.
But, as your legal counsel will tell you, the name is not trademarked and/or if it is, by simply attaching another person's name on it, the legal road is clear.
However and finally, although I remember seeing Wayne/Jayne County perform and can attest it was a thing to behold, no one intended any harm or insult.
Either way, relax. It's just a tv show.
