It's quite good, it doesn't take itself too seriously though which is good, you get the impression that they made it just for a laugh. I think Mulder is in it once, Skinner is in it a few times and that Morris Fletcher guy is in it too. It's pretty different to the x-files but there's one x-files episode that needs to be watched at the end to finish the series.
It's more about government conspiracies and well, people rather than aliens and stuff. The pilot episode caused lots of conspiracies coz it was aired a few months before 9/11 and it was about people trying to fly a plane into the world trade centre! Oooh!
