I know it's stinky and a hassle (especially in LA where it's hot and it can attract flies if you have a door or window open ) but it usually helps cats a lot that suffer from constipation. Let us know what happens about the hair/ if she gets any tests. I've never heard of a cat eating hair off someone's head. That's funny. Well it's not funny, I hope your cat is okay. |
thanks for the advice & good wishes!
the pet shop told me to stop feeding her dry food & give her veggie oil, which i did.
sometimes, it seems she drinks very little water.
i had a cat water fountain, she didn't like it much. it was for my other cat, who loved it.
it sounded so nice & soothing, too. but she didn't care. it had to be moved out of my bathroom every time i showered, or it would ruin the moter.
i think she'll be o.k, she did a little poo this am, considerably larger than yesterday.

i can't wait & worry, every day really counts, even though she acts like she's well, cats will disguise their discomfort. & cats have a very short digestive system, in comparison to humans. maybe she just needs an enema.
