| crabs
a few months ago I bought 2 hermit crabs for my new apartment,thought they would be easy and convenient,since I'm gone most of the day...for a while they weren't eating crab food,even when I changed it,so I got started letting them out for an hour everyday,their too big to crawl under the door and I keep my room clean,so I thought a bit of excersize would make them hungry...till I figured out they were just eating crumbs and pizza crusts(ok my room is mostly clean...)had an incident where I was eating and doing homework on the computer on the floor,picked up a slice of pizza with one of the crabs on it! I guess they'll get over their fear of people for junk food,they still don't touch thier pet food...and they chirp at night...never heard of crabs doing that,but it gets very loud during thunderstorms...
for invertebrates without a technical "brain" these guys have weird personalities,anyone else find themselves oddly drawn to these buggers?
