This is Skippy, a Corgi/Dachshund mix. Our daughter rescued him from the freeway in El Paso, Texas. Vet said he had several broken ribs, one had been broken, healed and broken again. His front right paw had been cleanly chopped off and the leg broken in two places. He had cigarette burns on his ribs & butt and was seriously under weight and crawling with huge ticks. In the bottom pic you can kinda see whats left of his front right paw.

Skippy (aka: Skippetto, Festus, Gimpy & Flash) has a wonderful personality. He hogs toys, piling them up and laying on them. He loves tug-o-war, tennis balls and cheeseburger bites. We dont need another dog (we had 5 already) but cant be another betraying bunch of humans in his life.
