cosleeping toddlers?

do any of you parents out there cosleep? have you more than one child in your bed? what's your sleeping arangement?
i've been playing musical beds for the last year (daughter - she's three is still in our bed, baby boy - now 1 is now in miss bug's bed with me half the night)
so does anyone else have their kids cosleep in the same bed? as much as i love the cosleeping, it'd be kind of nice to have our space back and i thought that'd be a great transition, if they snuggle in the same bed together then maybe i'm home free?

i'm afraid i can't answer from experience but i think it's a lovely idea.
elizabeth pantley's kids share(d) a bed, she calls it a sibling bed, there's only about half a page on it in the no cry sleep book (the baby one, i don't have the new toddler one so maybe it has more?..)
she says that the younger one should be more than 18 months old tho but then opposite that is a photo of 2 10 mo old babies and a 3 and 6 yr old sharing a bed which seems to contradict that?!

My 2 yr old sleeps between my husband and I.

Good luck on kicking them out of your bed.

i co-slept with my parents until i was about four. my younger sister kate co-slept with us until the same time (although she was two at that point). we all slept together on a family futon, often with the family dog asleep at the foot of the bed. i think they booted us out for the reasons you're describing - they wanted their bed back, damn it. so we got our own beds and our own bedroom. i however woke up like clockwork every night, kicked my father out of his bed (he would sleep walk through to my bed and sleep there for the rest of the night) and get into bed with mum. that went on for quite some years, i don't think they weaned me of it until i was about nine!! so if you are thinking of putting them in their own beds make sure you make 'em stay there! i didn't even particularly feel the need to get into my parents bed, it was just habit. so it's not like you're depriving them of anything, i don't think.
