| | | Congratulations! Are you going to find out the sex? I didn't because I wanted a surprise. I gave birth to my son Henry only 3 and a half months ago. |

But no worries.

| | | Congratulations on the twins! Do either of your families have a history of twins?
I am seven weeks right now. I just went to the lab to have the first of my bloodwork drawn. I am in a new city so I don't know any of the doctors, so I am picking one mostly blindly. Do you like you OBGYN?

| | pammy. im due april 24. its weird, i dont have all that much to say about it. maybe because its the second and i mostly know stuff that will come up. and more than that really, im still so early.
i REALLY dont want any issues. if i have to go on bedrest my career is going to be so shit. im orienting in the ICU and that takes three months and then for the first year youre still a newbie. so basically, even if things go perfectly, i cant make it more than three months. and if things go badly, im in big trouble in terms of time with my newborn.

yes i want your cosleeper! omg that would be awesome, pammy.
youre right, i tend to worry over things of which i have absolutely no control. i'm just so glad i picked ICU and this ICU is perfect and there isnt much choice here in erie in terms of jobs and we have to stay here for three years, so if i go on bedrest...oh hell, my manager is awesome and he thinks im great. i know he would hire me back if i had resign my position r/t pregnancy. i need to stop stressin.
i've gained seven pounds! this happened to me last time though. i gained right in the beginning and then i didnt gain at all for months and months and then towards the end i gained all of this crazy water weight.
i've been sick this past week and havent worked out. i've saved all of my energy for work and seth. today though, i dont have work and seth is at daycare, so i am going to sleep and then go workout adn start feeling more human again. i am a walking incubator, currently.

i kinda miss being pregnet also, i dont miss the bed rest or the nst
my nabhor had a baby yesterday, she was all complaining about being overdue the day after her due date and i was like i wish i would of made it to one of my due dates. and she was all huuu why and i told her that nick was born at 36 weeks and spent 3 days in the nursery and nathan was born at 33 weeks and spent 32 days in the nicu and she was like well your just lucky you never had to be overdue, people who havent had preemies really have no idia, i would of so much rather gone 3 days overdue sorry for my rant higacking this thread.
the co sleeper is green with elepants on it, if we are going to meet up i might as well pawn off my baby junk in the process, i think i remeber you saying you wanted a cosleeper but i might be makeing that up |

| | | thank you guys, you are so amazing......I have gotten a few PMs and If I haven't replied to you yet I will.....I have new ultrasound pics/video......I've been to Labor and Delivery twice this month, I'm doing ok now and most importantly the babies are fine....I just keep having contractions and pretty much get hounded if I move out of bed when I am at home, I'm a little terrified of birth now that we are getting closer....I'm excited but I want them to bake a little longer, they seem to be on totally opposite schedules one is moving the other is asleep visa versa and my doctor said that if I get sent to L&D again in the next few days I'm gonna have to have a cerclage (sp?) I was switched over to Procardia last week (I had been on Terbutaline for the contractions) and everything is quiet for the most part on that front. My Dr. did mention possibly cutting back a little and seems pretty confident we'll make it a few more weeks or more.
I went to my regular appointment on Friday and measured at 26w5d for baby A and 27w3d for Baby B
all is quiet today so I'm thrilled, hope the other mama's are doing well | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
