what this woman does is goes for short bike rides and walks (around 30-45 min) up and down our block without a monitor while the baby is inside the house. my bigger beef with this woman is her 3-4 year old boy josh. he will speed his mini 4 wheeler in front of cars that are going 10mph down our dead end road and try to stop and direct traffic so he can keep going. someday someone who doesnt know about this will hit him and that scares me. but his parents just laugh. haha, isnt he such a cute little daredevil? yeah, hell be real cute in his mini 4 wheeler shaped casket.

maybe you could ask or suggest to her to use a baby monitor next time she is out of the house while the baby sleeps
thats what most parents would/should do
and as for the winter clothing thing what exactly do you mean by only a coat?
a coat and diaper or clothes and coat but you think she should've been in a snowsuit
i'm not sure exactly what you were upset about with that since i don't know the whole story on it...
we live in wisconsin. winters are pretty brutal here. im guessing the day im referring to it was about 15-20 degrees. #1, a newborn that is 3 weeks old should not even go outside in this temperature. #2, it should have a hat, scarf, big coat, big cozy pants if you must drag the child out. she just had thin pants, a tshirt and a lighter winter coat. at 3 weeks old. god people ****
me off.

yeah i guess what i was getting at is what do you mean by "out"
out like hanging out in the front yard for a half hour or out like from the house to the mailbox and into the car
i live in nh and it gets pretty damn cold here too
i agree 100 % about the kid in the street and her leaving the baby in the house for that amount of time while she isn't using a monitor to even listen or anything but even newborns do need to leave the house sometimes
