hey are any of you taking any kidn of classes while you are pregnant. this is my first child and i kind of wanted to take some classes, I just don't know whats to off. ANY ADVICE is welcome. on anything about pregnacy.

i think inversions are off limits, as are any abdominal work when doing yoga
pilates is all about abs so i don't know if it's such a good idea?

look for prenatal yoga classes.

they have pre and post natal classes.
It is better to do them from an actual instructor not a video because they can correct your postures and make the moves suitable to you.

I am doing regular yoga and I am really enjoying it...which is weird because I hate exercize.
