it's just 'special'!
not all animals are born perfect, just as not all humans are.
it does look to me like a mix of wolf and dog.
wouldn't that be a relatively common occurence in the wild though?
i know dingos and domesticated dogs breed here in australia and there are lots of evidence of other animals interbreeding. just do a google search for hybrid animals.
anyway - i love the bushy black tail!
