It depends on how good his lawyers are at jury selection, I suppose.

Fingers crossed that they come back quickly and suggest to the judge that he bet set on fire.

i read a headline that his adopted his son is also saying he was abused.

i can't read the stories about it, though. i get irate.

i saw one quick headline on cnn or msnbc that was actually a quote from a witness. something about seeing four legs and hearing the sound of skin on skin slapping.

that was too graphic for me, and i don't think it was necessary for that to be printed -- let alone used as a headline. i always have a really strong emotional reaction to stories of this nature. i just don't know why the public feels it needs to know the details of these crimes.

i still can't bring myself to wish actual on death on someone in a serious manner, though. so, i'll just say i really hope he gets what he deserves, whatever that may be.
