| | | I watched a documentary on A&E a few years back on it, its crazy, Im big on conspiracies so I would be interested in reading more about it. I just saw a great one on 9/11 ...intense, its amazing what a government can do and make us belive what they want. However cults in themselves as well as polygomist seem to be pretty fanatic. |

| | | yeah, the documentary didnt really make me side with the Davidians, it just made me question the governments acts. The begining seemed like it tried to make Koresh seem like an ordinary sane person, which i just can not agree with |

| | | The entire freaking mess could have been avoided if the ATF had let the local sheriff walk up to the front door, knock and handle it himself. But no, they had to go in Top Cop fashion for reasons I don't really feel like going through right now.
In short, it didn't have to happen that way. |

| | | So, you're a fan of "Dynamic entry" even when its clearly not needed? How much do you know about it? Have you listen to the 911 tapes from inside the compound? |

| | | Can the definition of a conservative or liberal "intellectual" also be defined as the person who believe the party line no matter how unlikely, outrageous, or insane the belief system is.
The facts of the case:
On FEBRUARY 28, at 9:30 a.m federal agents did a dynamic entry on the compound. This was wrong.
On March 11, 1993 Janet Reno appointed as AG. So she could not have had nothing to do with the failed raid.
APRIL 19 the compound went up inflames, this was also wrong.
Did I just say both administrations screwed up in this case? How outrageous!

hello, Janet Reno.
she gave the orders that encompassed setting fire and using accelerants on said fire, on the branch davidians.
wouldn't you wonder why the BATF is involved, if the alleged charges were for child abuse? it has nothing to do with them whatsoever. |

| | | I find it odd that people who would scoff at religion, or on the other hand debunk another persons religion as false, will follow leaders or believe in a political ideology, what could be consider a religious zeal. Is this one of the pillars of totalitarian regimes, wars, etc? | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
