And you can not poo for AGES if you get something wrong. Megacolon (sounds a bit like a dinosaur) happens with Chagas disease quite a lot because your bowel basically gets paralysed and can't poo out whats in it. Here is a pic:  |
Vomiting poo...not in my wildest dreams would I think that could be possible.
Also...why did this man not see a doctor for so long..my god thats quite the image to have in my head as I go to sleep.
