His family knew that his relationship with his wife was poor, and that they argued and weren't affectionate, but that's not pathological.
He could very well be a psychopath (personality disorder), but he probably knew very well what he was doing. I highly doubt that he is mentally ill and incapable of comprehending his own actions. |
