A few were removed for drug offenses (they were caught with substances).

They were vital enough. That's about all I'm saying about that.
Granted engineering blows, I am no longer in the field and am doing something totally different. Part of me thinks the nature of the job (insane hours and shiftwork) makes people go insane. That being said, if it isn't for people, they need to do something different...
