Did sirens go off? Were there ample severe T-Storm warnings at least? Because I mean, when a storm heads for a city like Atlanta, there's typically some kind of warning!


Georgia gets its fair share of tornadoes anually. Surely someone in power of civil defense must've noticed the conditions were ripe?
