I am a nerd but I was going to go because I think it''s somewhat fun/interesting to participate. I love America We are lucky to be here in many ways, and I am grateful.
I could be stuck in Bangladesh, and I'm not talking about as a tourist.
Yeah, the morons in America are worth complaining about, but at the end of the day, the people who first wrote up the Constitution of the US were somewhat brilliant. Which is why we should stand up and not allow our civil liberties etc be eroded. But I'm digressing.....
I just hope my fellow Americans don't disappoint me by voting McCain...... a step up from Bush, but seriously, we need vision.
Ya hafta wonder about the people who are all for Romney and Huckabee.... I mean, are they from another planet? Have they been kidnapped by thetans? | Yeah well I don't think that a Dem would switch and then vote Repub. I just mean with our candidates, persuading to vote either way. I guess I just don't like the peer pressure when you are forced to make an immediate decision. Sounds stressful.
And it's funny, 4 years ago I would say there is no way that McCain would win, we really could have Daffy Duck as our nom, and he wouldn't win. But when Bush won the second time (er, really the first real time)...well, I just about died. I was in utter disbelief. There are A LOT of stupid people in this country. So votes for Huckabee and Romney aren't exactly shocking. I just need to take note to avoid the states where they got the most votes.

| McCain is still in trouble with conservatives. He lost Kansas and is losing in Louisiana. |

A few days ago they made a "mistake" and identified McCain as a democrat. Its not the first time they've done that with republicans they don't like. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
