No it doesn't. Not even close. Especially when that person states:

Biased much? That person was eager to find any reason NOT to support Clinton.

pffft, then do your own research just like she did. she also said she didnt like obama before this. so no biased much, vegy. but nice try.

aside from all of that "bias" the FACTS remain. and obama is more effective as a writer of bills (his wording and his targets get to the heart of the matter without fear of repurcussions) and as someone who gets bills passed. period.
