A man claims he was innocently shooting at a old sofa celebrating New Years when the child was playing hide and seek behind the sofa.

This is what really happen... Mad snapped and pointed gun and 11 year old muslim looking boy: boy got scared and tried to hide behind sofa and man just kept shooting until he ran out of bullets ignoring the cries for help.

Since the boys family is from a poor family and the shooter is non black the police decided to just charge man is man slaughter. The shooter is free on bail so he can finish celebrating his holidays.

When I read the thread title, I was going to be all like "duh, what else would he shoot a kid with?", but then I thought about it, and there's a few other things he could've shot him with, so I prematurely retracted that statement.
