| | | PLEASE read--Abuse in Serbian Mental Insitutions
I just watched a video on the conditions in Serbia's mental institutions. It was infuriating and repulsive and absolutely requires international attention in order to affect change. PLEASE watch the video and tell others about it. I'm trying to find out ways to help, such as writing the government. I'll post info if I find it. Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com
