Lessons learned… You have to be very careful if you take a trip and visit Puerto Rico. In the past tourist have been shot at by police and women from time to time get brutally raped by Puerto Rico police.

Most Puerto Rico police are good guys but there are more than one or two bad apples..

FBI is currently investigating but police claims they had every right to shoot and kill a man who was down on the ground face down.

The puerto Rican police union is backing up the police man actions..

The man was innocently doing traffic control because a Sweet Sixteen motorcade was passing by. The police officer just happened to be passing by and got very angry jump out of his patrol car and force the father of three to lay down. The other officers started to run away as the police officer snapped like a twig of a tree and started to unload his high capacity glock. The police then told the wife of the man shot and killed in Spanish he does not give a **** about the dead man.
