I thought Godwins Law only referred to using Nazism as an analogy within the argument. I didn't think it covered just being a bit cheeky.

Hell no.
You can get the money back from your insurance, no need to kill another human being (that is what a criminal is) over something as petty as money that can be refunded.

Experience has a slight advantage here. I have never worked in that sort of a job, but was assisted late one night by a gas station attendant in Oakland who let me in just in time-- around midnight. I think he was familiar with the neighborhood and we both had the same thought--[get in the door or get mugged.] All I had in the truck was a nailgun.

yeah so it's safe to give guns to teenagers? don't be stupid. i know i'd probably be stupid if i owned a gun.
