Possibly, and I think it might be the case here too.
I'd have thought that, if you're making someone wait 30 days for a gun, it'd be reasonable enough to get them to take a brief psych test during that time. Although actually, it'd make sense a lot more sense to do it before you have the
first gun. I mean, it's not like you couldn't go on a crazy rampage with just the one firearm but you could with two. A psych test is going to be a lot more indicative of how fit someone is to own a gun, regardless of how long you make them wait.
What's the waiting period for a single gun, out of interest?
