I don't know if Barack or Edwards would resort to using the Lewinsky scandal during the primaries. If Hillary gets the nomination I can pretty much guarantee the Republicans will.

excuse my ignorance, but how does the lewinsky scandal affect hilary's reputation? i mean, her husband cheated on her. that's hardly a tarnish on HER moral character. or did she lie about it too or something else i don't know about?

I've been cheated on, and considering the fact that she didn't beat his skull into a bloody pulp (especially considering the fact that everybody on earth knew about it, way worse than the actual blow jobs themselves), she has an incredible amount of patience and class. The fact that she was able to move on from that level of public embarrassment to go on to be a Senator and serve the country in the face of constant criticism, well honey you've got my vote.

Obama is a great idealist, but he is in not prepared to run for the White House. Because ever since he was elected to office and published his book, everybody has been kissing his ass. He has been the golden child of politics. As soon as the race gets into full swing he will crumble, because the press will turn on him. They will bring up every mistake he's ever made, every parking ticket ever written, and he will be so high on his rare air, that he won't be prepared for it. He's not qualified in my view because I think a good candidate has to have lived through the fire and is still standing.
