Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has shown and continues to show her loyalty to President Bush however Bush keeps trying to set up Condoleezza for failure. Bush knows deep in his heart that his plans will not work but why does Bush want to make his loyal workers all go down the drain?

President Bush needs to come clean and tell the American people what the hell is really going on. Why is Bush keeping everyone in the dark?

I don't think she's a scapegoat. Nobody is blaming her for the failures in Bush's Iraq war policy. All the blame is squarely on him. Rice is a team player and is willing to take heat to defend Bush. I think that makes her as clueless as her boss.

From what I've read and understand, Rice seems to really believe in what she's doing. SHe really believes they can turn the middle east around and start exporting democracies around the globe. Her and bush have a completely skewed view of the world but I think it has less to do with loyalty and being brainwashed than having failed to comrehend History 101.
