so i was reading this academic journal booklet thing today, and i came across the most concise definition of food insecurity ever, it was:
"when net food exports exceed net food imports"
i thought it'd be helpful. today i brought up the fact that most people (i used
KR as an example) didn't really understand the need for a new term for hunger. my class laughed. then i laughed at them (on the inside) for being elitist pompus assholes.
