is the company who makes them aiming it and marketing it to kids?
or is it a mistake on tesco's part for putting in under the toy section?

yeah, that's what i was wondering
i've seen stuff like that in the adult sections of gift catalogues, maybe it was just put in the wrong section

if it was designed for kids that's just terrible.

I'd have to say it is designed for kids.
