does anyone else get anxiety stomach aches? well i think that's what it is, it kind of feels like my stomach is all tense and it feels really tender and it fucking hurts, sort of like indegestion but worse.
does anyone else get this and know any remedies?

I get these and hate them and have no idea how to cure them, I tihnk I mostly try eating as I do when almost anything is wrong with my stomach.

mine feels like rats going on a rampage in my stomach. i certainly dont eat during those.

look up "IBS" on google, irritable bowel syndrome! i got these anxiety/worry painssss well bad and had to go to emergency hospital because im a baby and they just printed me lots of ibs info off. thats what they said it was? so yeah maybe if you can find stuff on that

bookstore i hope you arent implying i have that. there are REAL RATS living inside me and im okay with that. they only play at certain times.
