how tired are you?

So, this is gonna be a little survey...me and my friends get tired a lot and we wanna find out if it's normal
So....

How long do you sleep every night?: 8 hours, sometimes more
How long does it take you to rise & shine in the morning: depends on what I'm going to do, but it mostly takes me about 1 hour to be really awake
Do you sometimes take naps during the day, if possible?: yes, I love it!

Edit: One more question - Do you tend to sleep more in winter? Definitely...about 1-2 hours more.
