| Please try and stay strong, your'e obviously crying out for help at a time when a lot of things are changing for you and you feel out of control. Try to remember that you are in charge of your eating habits not the other way around so try your very best to take your mind off the ritual of binge eating. Go out with friends instead, or call friends, watch TV, read a magazine, exercise, post on kittyradio,apply a face mask...anything to avoid going into the kitchen. Bulimia is a horrible horrible habit, which really destroys the body, you probably don't need to be reminded of that as you seem like an intelligent person.
If anything eating too little is better than bingeing and purging which does nothing but destroy your body. It doesn't even help you lose weight as your body absorbs most of the calories through digestion in the mouth anyway.
You've overcome it before and you can do it again, just take it one day at a time and before you know it you'll be back on track. Take care and look after yourself. |
