hey well this is embrassing but anyways. I have a problem where the only way i can eat fruit is on its own ie the very first thing in the morning . i can't eat carbs or protein or anything else with it. If i have fruit later in the day say after dinner or lunch (When its mixed with carbs, protein etc). My body just can't take it. Basically its gas all the way. Please don't tell me i am the only one. Is there nything i could do? Is it just how my body reacts to it?
