| I'd image you don't need advice for going to an anger management class since the reason you're going is to get advice. Are you confused about any aspect of the therapy process? Have you not been to any kind of therapy before and are nervous about this appointment tomorrow? Just relax and take it as it comes, they will clear up any questions you have and you're under no obligation to do anything you don't want. Are you going for group therapy or individual therapy?
