I've had this weird headache all weekend that's been accompanied by increasing levels of dizziness and lethargy. Last night it was so bad I almost felt stoned! I've tried sleeping more and taking neurofen and stuff, but none of it seem to work. Right now, the dizziness has gone down a lot, but it hurts when I try to move my eyes up and down or sideways. I wear glasses but the prescription's been fine for months... What's going on?!

It could depend on your diet. Have you been having lots of water and fruits and veggies?

same thing with me about the eyes. i freaked out because i thought i was going blind. but i was a little sunburned on my face so that was what it was.

I get this as well. I find it's strongest when I'm hungry or just eaten a meal. Perhaps its an iron related problem? I'm a vegetarian and never remember to take my vitamin tablets so that's probably my problem, despite the fact I eat a very balanced fruit and vegetable diet.
