my parent's have a huge trampoline in their backyard. we got it when we were kids, and would jump all freaking day. but once you're older than 16, it really does get old. but if you could jump for an hour, straight, fitday.com says it'd burn 200 calories. i'd say it's probably a little more.

I bought just like a mini one a few weeks ago. I jump on it with a skipping rope and after a few days of doing this you can actually feel a difference.

nikbot782 is on a distinguished road
my mom was in an infomercial for a trampoline fitness thing a couple years ago and she made me and my family and her friends watch it like 50 times. it kind of ruined those mini fitness trampolines for me.

lymph

not only can it help you tone-up and lose weight it will also improve your overall health. you see, your lymph glands get a work out when you jump up and down and the lymph flows better and has less a chance to become all sluggish and clotted in one place. it's better for lymph to flow freely. flow baby flow.
