quinine pills can help with achy restless legs, just watch the dose halve it first as one of the side effects is ringing of the ears.

Well, I've been taking Melatonin pills for the restless legs. At night, they last 1 1/2 hours before I need to re-dose but last night I got a solid 9 hours sleep! Yay. And, today, is my FIRST DAY CLEAN! I cannot believe I've made it thru the day with out. And, I'm really tempted to take a pill tonight. But, I know doing that will mean just another day of time spent worrying over my rattle. So, I'm chasing those running blues out the house. At least, I'm hoping just to get squeaky clean!

Subs take way longer to get off and get totally out of your system than the opiates do, in my experience. It is hell on earth but it gets more bearable every day. So just try to go with it and be patient....because once you're free from the Subs, it is sooo worth it. You just have to trust me on this.

Yes, the Subbies do take a hella long time to leave the system. I remember doing a heroin rattle, and I had a couple sleepless nights and felt a _lot_ better the third day.

But, it is since Friday that I've been having sleepless nights. And, last night, I totally flipped the **** out and started hitting myself in the chest and head. Punching the walls and shouting '****' over and over again because I just wanted to sleep.

I ended up taking Nytol, and those pills actually worked.

So, last night, I _did_ take a pill. But, just one pill. Today, I'm ready to go without it again like I did yesterday, but at least today I know I've got some Nytol to get off to sleep with taking Nytol.

God, I sound like a sleeping pill advert.

That said, my partner in crime is dropping lots and gettings lots of good sleep? So, I really don't understand why she can sleep and I cannot?
