Download some tv shows and hide under blankets on the couch? I also agree with walking, cause exercise helps depressive moods.

distract yourself. paint some furniture or get your bake on.
seriously when things get bad i shop. or window shop if i know buying is a bad decision. i don't see how anyone can do it too much.
if that fails tak ea bath and then knock yourself out with xanax?

that's kindof heartwarming.

i WISH i had xanax. i don't have health insurance anymore, so.

i chain-smoke now, instead. but, by choice. not compulsion.
i have a freakish nicotine immunity.
however, i'm easily addicted to just about anything else.
