I think I have borderline personality disorder. I am going to make an appointment with a psychiatrist I think.
Has anyone been diagnosed with this? What symptoms were you displaying?
What was your experience with treatment, etc?
What exactly is it the border between?

i really don't think self diagnosis or reading about symptoms is helpful because, on purpose or not, people tend to go along with the symptoms.

if you have problems, by all means see a psycologist or psychiatrist and let them determine what, if anything, is wrong with you. self diagnosis is pointless.

I dont know, mostly my boyfriend thinks it sounds like me. I guess it doesn't matter one way or another if I have it anywa.

to me, the diagnosis of borderline personality disorder sounds like every confused young woman i know. but i nowt and stuff.

well if you do have it or something similiar and want treatment, see a psychologist.

unless your boyfriend is a psychologist/whatever it's pointless for him to try diagnosing you.
