They had a segment on A Current Affair here once warning people about Ambien. Some people have committed suicide while under the influence. Sorry, don't mean to scare you, but it's scary ****.

I was on Klonopin for years for anxiety and if I missed a dose, I'd go into benzo-withdrawal and be in tears for hours.

One time this guy my friends and I used to know (and then stopped talking to) called a friend randomly after a year or so and hummed Inna Gadda Da Vida into his answering machine for about 20 minutes.

If you did that I would call an intervention, but it sounds like maybe you are close???

I just started taking Vitamin b - I wonder if I need magnesium? I take a multi. I think I will avoid ambien if this is common. I have never hallucinated and would not like to start...

Then again maybe it is healthier than exploring forums at kittyradio?

keep it (Magnesium) around a 300 - 400mg daily level. Don't exceed 500mg.
