Yeah, I know, ****ed up that I discharged myself. And I had to cancel my appointment with my drug/alcohol counsellor today/yesterday b/c i was too drunk to go. I have an appointment on Thursday morning.

Man, I don't know what the deal is here. The private hospitals don't have much time for the truly ****ed up people....and yes, I consider myself ****ed up. But the public system is so booked up.

DON'T DISCHARGE YOURSELF!!

as much as you hate it there, you are making great strides to get yourself there. try to see it through.

I think the truth really is that addicts and alcoholics relapse because they haven't been scared ****less enough.....YET. It's the "yet" part that always scares me.

What wall will you touch first? the one where you "get it??" or the one that you hit that causes your brains to splatter all over the place?
