Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Does anyone have it? What helps it? I imagine with the time some of us spend on computers there would have to be other sufferers out there. I'm self-diagnosing (am going to see a doctor tomorrow), but the pain in my hand, forearm, wrist and fingers is excrutiating, and I'm trying to figure out natural (or not natural) ways to help heal this. Help!

Fine, but i'll squeeze the last breath from your body with my crippled hand before I do.

Anyone else have any wisdom on carpal tunnel/repetitive strain injuries to the hand/wrists?

I saw the doctor today and he was like "yeah, nothing you can do. Sucks. Buy a wrist brace. Wear it all the time. NEXT!"

I think I'm going to see a chinese doctor, I've heard acupuncture is helpful with this.
