does anyone know of any good ones.
i get headaches and migraines, especially when the weather changes. and i loathe taking pills for it all the time.

so any suggestions, natural remedies would be appreciated.

The herb feverfew is supposed to be good for migraines, though I've never tried it myself. I probably should... I get some pretty badass headaches myself, so I know how you feel.

i second this, although it's hard for me to sleep when i have a horrid headache. hot showers are also good, plus anything with caffeine.

but i think you're wanting herbs and such, so i can't be of much help. i've suffered from migraines since the fourth grade.
